The official language of the conference is French. However, presentations in English may be accepted. Proposals for individual papers or symposia must be related to research in science and/or technology education, or to closely connected fields.

  • Individual paper proposals are limited to 12,000 characters (including spaces), excluding references. Authors’ names, institutional affiliations, an abstract (limited to 1,000 characters), and up to five keywords will be required during the submission process, but should not appear in the proposal itself (and therefore are not counted in the 12,000 characters).

  • Paper proposals submitted within a symposium must follow the same guidelines. The title of the symposium must also be indicated.

  • Symposium proposals must include the titles of all included presentations, the name of the discussant, and a description of the common topic (limited to 3,000 characters including spaces, excluding references). The name and institutional affiliation of the symposium coordinator, an abstract of no more than 1,000 characters, and up to five keywords will be requested during the submission process, but should not appear in the proposal itself.

Templates available below must be used without exception. Submissions must be made directly through the website by selecting "Submit a paper" in the left-hand menu. Files should be named using the short title of the paper or symposium, without any reference to the authors' names.

Each proposal will be anonymously reviewed by two members of the scientific committee. The committee will decide on acceptance and may request revisions. One committee member will supervise the revision process until the final version is approved.

Note: Exceptionally (e.g., in cases where obtaining a visa or funding travel is not possible), presenters residing outside mainland France may deliver their presentations remotely, provided they register for the conference and pay the associated fees. This option applies only to participation in the session or symposium in which the presentation is scheduled, and does not include access to the rest of the conference.
